This unit previously housed companies like Lafteverket, Nordekk, and also Cipax Nord (for the time they occupied the whole building).

The main entrance to the office area is from the southwest, and on the opposite side there are two electrical remotecontrolled drivethrough garage doors.
This unit is ideal for a smaller company in need for office space and a workshop / maintenance department for trucks, buses, and similar equipment.
This garage part of this unit is today used by ourselves, BenAas Eiendom as for own storage and for additional winterstorage but can be vacated for longterm rental.
The office part of this unit (highlighted in grey below) is currently available for rental.
